This is the first level of Advanced Training offered in the Auto Collision series. In the Advanced Collision Repair and Refinish, Pre-Apprentice program, you can earn industry credentials and certifications from United Auto Workers (UAW) upon completion of the program. Students will also have the opportunity to earn other industry-recognized credentials from such organizations as:

Clearfield Job Corps Center
In October 2015, Canute enrolled at Oneonta Job Corps Center to earn his high school diploma and gain the hands-on training and education needed to kickstart his career. While at Oneonta Job Corps, he trained in Automotive and Machine Repair and worked as a shop foreman in the Auto Body Repair shop. Canute’s determination and leadership helped guide him in the direction of applying for Advanced Training at Clearfield Job Corps Center in Utah. In 2018, he graduated with the Advanced Collision Repair and Refinish training program and was hired by Duncan Aviation, where he paints planes for airlines and private owners.
